I am not overweight in the traditional sense, but there was a time when I was. I was about 50 pounds overweight, in fact, when I finally decided it was time to do something about it. I started researching diets online and tried a few. The first that I tried was just a healthy balanced diet following the food pyramid. I counted calories and tried to be more active. This was tough for me, but I stuck it out and did as I planned. I then tried the Southbeach diet and another version of low carb when the weight stopped coming off so fast. This also worked pretty well and I was able to lose another 20 pounds. The trouble now is that last ten pounds. I know this is a common curse for people and I am going to try the hcg drops and the diet that goes along with them.
